I’m Jordan McEvoy, owner and inspector at JWI LLC. My background in welding started long before I became a Certified Welding Inspector. I hold an A.A.S. in Welding Technology and have spent years working in the welding industry as both a welder and professional welding instructor.
Today, I hold both the AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) and AWS Certified Welding Educator (CWE) credentials. That combination gives me a practical perspective on inspection — I understand not only what the code requires, but what it takes to produce quality welds in the real world.
I started JWI to provide contractors, fabricators, manufacturers, and training programs with straightforward, professional welding inspection, welder qualification, and compliance support.
